I am Gay Glasscott, Certified Celebrant, Wedding Officiant and ordained non-denominational minister.  I am a graduate of the Celebrant USA Foundation and Institute in Montclair, New Jersey, where I trained to create and perform ceremonies which mark life's milestone events.  I am licensed to perform weddings, civil unions, commitment ceremonies and vow renewals in Ohio, Indiana, and Kentucky.

 

 

 

 

 

 

My 38 year career as a teacher and guidance counselor ended in 2007 when I retired.  Those were joyful, rewarding, challenging years.  After attending a beautiful wedding in my own family, officiated by a Celebrant, my reaction was one of awe and then the desire to pursue the Celebrant path for myself.  This family wedding was so personal and individualized because it was structured with the values, beliefs, hopes and dreams of the couple. I knew then that I wanted to help couples create their own unique ceremony, by sharing the story of their love and journey with family and friends.
